- Other companies carry traffic, send email, take payments, store encrypted backups and rent us the servers for our Europe region. They're listed below.
- Backups leave our servers encrypted, with keys only we hold.
- We tell business customers at least 30 days before we add or replace a provider that handles their data.

1.About this list
This page lists the companies that handle personal information on our behalf, sometimes called sub-processors. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and our Data Processing Agreement explains how we look after personal information in what you host with us.
Each provider may use personal information only to provide its service to us, under written terms that protect it at least as well as our own commitments.

We don't send personal information to advertising, analytics or data broker companies, and we don't use what you host to train AI models.
4.Changes to this list
Before we add or replace a provider that handles personal information in what you host with us, we update this page and email the owners of business workspaces at least 30 days ahead, so you can object. Our Data Processing Agreement explains what happens if you do.
In an emergency, such as replacing a provider that has failed or been compromised, we may make a change sooner and tell you as soon as we can.
